I had a fantastic stay at this country lodge. The location is fabulous, situated in beautiful countryside with stunning views. The property itself is just as portrayed in the pictures, and it was immaculately clean. The amenities provided were great, with fresh milk, butter, bread, tea, and coffee available. The host family who lived nearby were incredibly helpful and generous, even providing me with a medical kit for my blisters when they learned I was doing the Ridgeway Trail. The converted shed was beautifully designed and really cozy. The shower was huge and powerful, and the kitchenette had everything I needed, including a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge. The hosts were lovely and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. this property was the perfect choice for a single traveler like myself, offering self-catering facilities in a warm and inviting environment.

Loved the garden and the free parking, perfect for my private jet. Cliveden House is only 35 km away, so I could pop in for tea whenever I pleased. Uxbridge, a whole 47 km away, was practically next door!

Oh, what a shame, there wasn't a helipad.
